My Story

I am a transformation leader who believes that the most meaningful progress happens when people, purpose, and execution are intentionally connected.

Throughout my career, I’ve spent most of my time working between strategy, execution, and change, helping teams turn ideas into action, even in complex and highly regulated environments. Over more than a decade of leading projects and transformation efforts, I’ve learned that progress rarely comes from big decisions alone, but from the small, repeated choices we make every day.

What has consistently shaped my perspective is how often everyday experiences mirror organizational realities: miscommunication, unclear priorities, assumptions, trust gaps, and the long-term impact of those decisions over time. These observations influence both how I lead and how I write.

My background as a professional engineer, along with a master’s degree in project management, gave me a strong foundation in structure and discipline. Over time, that foundation has been complemented by hands-on experience leading transformation, strategic initiatives, and execution at scale, always with a focus on people, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Today, I serve as Chief Transformation Officer, where I oversee enterprise execution through a Project Management Office (PMO), organizational goal alignment, and a Transformation Hub focused on turning strategy into measurable outcomes.

Along the way, I have pursued formal training and certifications that support my work, including PMP®, PMI-PMOCP®, and Certified ScrumMaster®. In 2022, I participated in the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program, which further expanded my perspective on business strategy, growth, and execution.

I was part of the PMI Puerto Rico Chapter volunteer team for seven years, including serving as Chapter President from 2020 to 2021. This experience reinforced my commitment to the profession and to giving back to the community.

Beyond Work

Outside of work, I enjoy listening to podcasts, reading books on leadership, business, and personal development, writing, going to the beach, running or walking, and spending time with my family.

I am the mother of two boys, from whom I learn every day. I am also married to an Argentine, who introduced me to my love for Buenos Aires, a city I enjoy visiting and hope to live in, even if only for a season of my life.
